Casio Baby G, a brand we’re very much familiar with since
our school days. Even right now, Baby G is still popular among young women.

that features Girls’ Generation as the signed ambassadors of Baby G. I’m sure
many of you have seen the posters at G Factory in a few shopping malls. You
won’t miss the colourful posters in which the 9 pretty K-pop stars are each
wearing their beautiful Baby G watches.
Other than the pink watch that Tiffany was wearing, I was
given another white one from Baby G! *beams in happiness*
BGA-132-7BDR from the cute category! Water resistant and
shock resistant. The best thing I love about the watch is the neon illuminator.
It shows a duo-tone purple and pink light in the dark when you press the
button! The light is so pretty imma press on it all the time! I think this
watch makes me look a few years younger than my age. LOL *shock sendiri*
Launched in 1994, Baby-G is Casio’s watch brand for young
and trendy women which inherits the toughness of the shock-resistant Casio
G-SHOCK watches. Since then, the basic shock resistance and superior waterproof
performance of Baby-G has evolved with additional features and higher performance,
including solar-powered systems and neon illuminators.
The multiple Baby-G designs not only taps the latest fashion
trends but also allows individual expression with limited edition models
available every now and then, and are available in a rich spectrum of colours
making Baby-G watches a highly versatile fashion accessory.
Taeyeon, Jessica, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung,
Yoona, and Seohyun are the nine members who make up the South Korean girl pop
group Girls’ Generation.
After the success of South Korea’s SM Entertainment's boy
band, Super Junior, the company planned to debut a new girl group, featuring a
start-up roster of 11 members. Prior to the debut of the group, rumours were
that the group would be named "Super Girls" after their so-called
male counterparts, Super Junior.
There was a lot of speculation for almost two years about
which of the female SM Entertainment trainees would be placed into the group.
There were a number of changes until the final members was decided, including
talk of having a 12 member group in mid-2006, however the number changed to
nine (9) when members were either cut, or left.
The potential members were professionally trained primarily
in singing and dancing, with some members also trained in acting and modeling.
Some of the members already had minor forays in the Korean entertainment
industry through their participation in magazine ads, television commercials,
and small television appearances.
